Patterned and abstract images behave unlike any photograph. Repetition is the enemy of the easy jigsaw: a tiled design can produce pieces that are genuinely interchangeable by eye, so you fall back on shape and on the logic of the pattern itself. Puzzlers either love this category or avoid it entirely, and both reactions are reasonable.
Difficulty: Graded easy or medium, because the measure sees plenty of detail — but repeating motifs make these harder to solve than the badge suggests.
