These terms cover the use of Puzzled! at playpuzzled.online. Playing means accepting them.
Puzzled! is free to play and provided as it is. You may play as much as you like, share game links with anyone, and use the pictures provided within the game.
You may not: attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service; use it to distribute illegal, hateful or sexually explicit images; scrape or resell it; or automate play in a way that degrades it for others.
You keep every right you already have in an image you upload. You grant only the permission needed to run the game: to store the image, resize it, cut it into pieces, and show it to the people you invite into your game.
You must have the right to use any image you upload. Do not upload images belonging to someone else, and do not upload anything illegal or explicit. Uploaded images can be deleted by you at any time, and may be removed without notice if they break these terms.
Photographs in the library are supplied by Pexels under the Pexels licence and remain the work of their photographers, who are credited on every picture. Their licence governs any use of them beyond playing here.
Membership is an optional recurring subscription that removes adverts and unlocks additional features. Sales are handled by our payment provider as merchant of record, and their terms apply to the transaction itself.
Membership features may change over time. If a change materially reduces what you paid for, you will be told and may cancel for a pro-rata refund.
This is a small independent service. It is maintained with care but comes with no guarantee of uptime, and games in progress may occasionally be lost. Do not rely on it for anything that matters, and to the extent the law allows, liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the previous twelve months — which for most people is nothing.
Access may be suspended for breaking these terms. You may stop at any time; deleting your browser data removes the anonymous identity entirely.
Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.
